YOU are your own Knight-in-Shining-Armour!

Ok, How many of us know deep down that The Knight in Shining Armour is just a myth that we all wish for (at one time or another) to come and rescue us in our time of need? Most of us I would imagine.

It is useful to note that we must first love ourselves and become empowered before that "knight" shows up. In reality, why would a big strong successful knight want a weak, wounded little female that couldn't even stand up for herself? Wouldn't he be attracted to a strong, courageous, "in charge" female? We know that this is true but sometimes at our weakest moments we still wish for someone to save us.

The other question is, from whom or what is he saving us from? The answer is the key to your being able to attract the love you yearn for into your life. If we believe that we are co-creators in this universe and have a hand in the creation of our own realities, then we can empower ourselves to be courageous, strong, "in charge" and therefore happy with ourselves.

No one can save us from ourselves and the choices we have made in this life except for ourselves. Once we are happy with ourselves and we have learned to look within to find happiness and stop looking for it outside of ourselves we have the power to plant seeds of what we want from the universe.

There is a certain amount of trust involved. We must trust the universe or God/Goddess, Great Spirit to deliver it in the appropriate time. Most of all we have to learn to live in the moment, and not push the river. We can't force the universe to provide us with happiness, but we can be active in our responsibilities to ourselves and those we share this universe with. Then the rest will follow, when you are truly ready.

Have a positive outlook and experience all the joy you can everyday! After a while you will stop yearning to be rescued because you have already found happiness. Once you are happy you'll be like a magnet and attract an equal partner that will love you for the strong powerful person that you are!
