Victoria was born in North Tonawanda, NY, in 1959. The granddaughter of E.G. Mayes, a notable historical artist, her interest in the arts started at a very early age.

Victoria studied art briefly in NY before moving to North Carolina where she now resides with her two daughters, Angel and Sam, and Eric, the man with whom she credits as having been the one who added passion to her life and to her work. Experimenting in different mediums, pen and ink, pastel, acrylic, and graphite, and in many different styles ranging from pointillism to realism,

Victoria never stops looking for the best possible way to spotlight her friends and ideas. Now working in her studio in Chapel Hill, Victoria has become one of the most sought after east-coast lifestyle artists in recent times. Her work can be seen on various lifestyle sites on the net or at events and shows up and down the East Coast.

Victoria believes that love, passion, romance, and lust are the fundamentals of art and tries to define each in her own way.
