I was having a difficult time sleeping last night. I was very tired but
I was restless, couldn't relax. I laid there breathing deeply and (deeply,
slowly - remove "and") slowly trying to clear my mind and relax my body.
With each breath my body grew more alert and (alert, I decided - remove
